A publication is the post you make from a Monevibe offer. It's tied to a tracking link so we can see who clicked, who converted, and how much you earned.
The flow:
Generate the tracking link from the offer (see How to apply).
Post on your social. Three options for the creative itself: write your own from scratch, start from an AI-generated draft, or use the pre-approved creative the advertiser uploaded. The offer card lists what's available. Whichever you pick, the post must contain your tracking link.
Open the publication on Monevibe and tap Submit for Review.
Paste the URL of your live post and upload a screenshot (PNG or JPG, up to 10 MB).
We moderate it. Once approved, it goes Active and starts collecting stats.
Publication statuses you'll see:
Pending — link generated, not yet posted. Upload a screenshot and link to move it forward.
On review — submitted; we're checking.
Active — approved and earning.
Declined — rejected. The card explains why; you can fix and resubmit or create a new publication.
Closed — finished or expired.
Live stats per publication: revenue, total visits, EPC, conversion rate, total conversions, your daily limit, and timestamps for created/posted.
You're in control of what and when you post. Getting a tracking link doesn't commit you to publishing anything — you choose what goes up and on which day. There's no minimum number of posts per offer and no penalty for letting a link expire. The only way an advertiser can end the partnership through us mid-campaign is if your traffic gets flagged as invalid — bots, click fraud, fake engagement. Honest creators don't run into this.
Heads-up and obligations:
The post must include your tracking link unchanged. Edit it on the social platform and you may need to upload a new screenshot.
If the advertiser provided fixed creative (image, video, or copy), the published version must match what was approved. Custom-written posts get more flexibility.
Each publication has a confirmation timer (24-72 hours depending on the offer). Miss it and the link deactivates.
Disclose it as an ad. Most countries require sponsored content to be clearly labeled. In Poland, use #reklama or #materiałreklamowy at the start of the caption — not buried in a comment.
AI-generated creative — follow the platform's own rules. Whether you need to tag the post as AI-made on the social side (paid partnership label, "made with AI" toggle, etc.) depends on that platform's policy, not ours. We don't add labels for you, and we don't auto-flag AI-drafted posts in your social profile. Today every creator can use AI drafts; in the future some brands may opt out of AI creatives for their offers — we'll show that on the offer card if so.
Keep the post live for at least 12 months unless the offer specifies otherwise. Deleting or hiding it earlier is a breach of Terms.
No directly competing brand within 30 days before or after this campaign's post.
If we ask for additional screenshots or backend stats from your account, you have 2 days to provide them.
If we automatically detect your tracking link in a public post, we may load the URL for you — you'll only need to upload the screenshot.
