What we collect and how we use it

What Monevibe stores, what it doesn't, how Smart Matching opt-in works, and how to delete your account.

Monevibe needs some data to match you with offers, run payouts, and keep the platform safe. Here's exactly what — and what we don't keep.

What we store:

  • Account info — name, email, password hash, language and currency preferences.

  • Public stats from your connected social accounts — followers, engagement rate, post topics. Refreshed periodically.

  • Offer history and publication records — which offers you accepted, posts you submitted, conversions, earnings.

  • Payout method details — your bank account info (IBAN/SWIFT) and tax identification (NIP for legal entities, PESEL or other tax ID for individuals). Required for DAC7 reporting in Poland.

What we don't store:

  • Raw post content (we read it for moderation; we don't archive it).

  • The output of any AI analysis we run on your public profile.

  • Anything about your offline life — children, religion, gender, social status.

Smart Matching is opt-in at sign-up. Smart Matching — our AI-driven offer recommendation engine — runs only if you ticked the consent box during registration. The EU AI Act and similar regulations require explicit opt-in. There's no toggle in your account settings to flip it after sign-up; if you want to revoke consent, you'd need to delete your account entirely (Settings → Account Management → Delete my profile). Not available for accounts in health, religion, or children-content categories.

We don't use your data to train third-party AI. The data we process for Smart Matching stays within our infrastructure — we don't pipe your profile, content, or analyzed metrics to external AI providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for model training.

Data retention. Inactive accounts are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Other categories: financial and billing records up to 5 years (Polish accounting law); usage and analytics up to 26 months; support communications up to 3 years; consent logs kept for the audit trail.

Right to delete. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account Management → Delete my profile. Deletion runs automatically — no email to support — and finishes within 30 days.

Consent log. Each time you accept Terms, Privacy Policy, or Smart Matching, we record a timestamp and the document version. View it in Settings → Consent history.
